The prices posted on our site are shown in Swiss francs and Euros, net amounts, at time of purchase.
If a product is not available, we will inform you as soon as the product is back in stock.
Payment methods: In order to provide a secure payment system, Naturalpes uses “Postfinance” for domestic payments. For more information about the Postfinance terms and conditions, click here. SEPA bank transfers are also accepted; contact your bank for more information. For payments from abroad, Naturalpes uses IPS Payment. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping of our merchandise to its delivery location is performed at the purchaser’s expense and risk. Naturalpes has set up a delivery system via Swiss Post that allows us to ship CBD products securely within a maximum of 48 hours after your order is placed and validated for delivery within Switzerland. For Europe, delivery takes between 2 and 10 days. To avoid orders from minors, we will not deliver to post office boxes.
Orders made from overseas are the purchaser’s sole responsibility. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for any problems related to delivery or non-compliance with applicable laws. We strongly recommend that you inform yourself about the applicable laws in your country prior to placing an order. Naturalpes cannot be held liable in the event of litigation.
Customs duties, local taxes, import duties and state taxes may be due in certain cases. Naturalpes is not responsible for these duties or charges. They are at the purchaser’s expense and remain his/her sole responsibility (this includes any declarations, payments to the competent authorities, etc.). Naturalpes encourages the purchaser to inquire about these issues with the corresponding local authorities.
Returning or Exchanging Merchandise

We offer a refund of your order within 365 days of the date of purchase, provided that the product is not used more than 10% of its original contents.. We are careful to package our products well so that they arrive in perfect condition.
