Is this business 100% legal?

In 2016, Switzerland authorized the production, sale, and consumption of cannabis with THC content of less than 1% (cf. Narcotics Act, NarcA). Researchers developed new cannabis strains based on years' worth of work to reduce its presence in the plant and maximize its CBD content. That gave rise to a plant that produces flowers with less than 1% psychoactive substance content, making it legal under Swiss law. All Naturalpes items are produced within the bounds of Swiss law.

However, in order to comply with European standards, Naturalpes offers specially designed flowers with a THC content of less than 0.2%. This category is called "Dried Flowers- International".
