The Arizer ArGo vaporizer is tiny and ergonomic. It measures 8 cm long and 5 cm wide, so it can be held comfortably and discreetly in your hand.
Its ArGo glass mouthpiece is easily retractable and can be stored right inside the vaporizer for ideal practicality. Its ingenious design protects the mouthpiece when it is not in use: Simply push the small button on the back of the vaporizer to retract it.
The top of the vaporizer lifts up instantly. The borosilicate glass mouthpiece no longer sticks out, so it is perfectly protected from minor impacts.
The vapor from the Arizer ArGo vaporizer is probably one of the best on the market. Even though at first glance the heating system does not seem different from those of the Solo 2 and Air 2, you quickly come to realize that the convection portion is much more significant with the ArGo.
Its speed or suction force interacts much more in the final vapor production. We remind you that convection heating is used when hot air passes through the medicinal plant, which causes the extraction of the active ingredients or molecules. On the other hand, conduction is used when there is direct contact between the aromatic herbs and the heating element.
The Arizer Go’s enhanced convection makes its use a bit more technical, but allows the user to manage the heating much better, thus increasing session length if desired.
For example, if you inhale too hard, the air flow will be cooled and the vapor will be less evident. On the other hand, if you inhale slowly, the air flow will better maintain its initial temperature and will thus produce a larger vapor cloud .
With convection, long, slow inhalation is also very important in order to allow time for the warm air to pass through the plant material, making it possible to extract its active ingredients more efficiently.
The air flow remains completely isolated from the electronics, with a stainless steel vaporization chamber. It comes with a high-quality borosilicate glass mouthpiece. Ultimately, this results in a very pure vapor with impressive preservation of your favorite plants’ aromas.
The vapor is slightly less dense than with the Arizer Air 2, likely as a result of the improved air flow, but ultimately, this results in noticeably longer-lasting sessions.
The other advantage of this superior convection is the possibility of stopping the vaporization mid-session with the option to continue later without losing much of the active ingredient. Indeed, very little is lost when you don’t inhale from the mouthpiece!
Changeable Battery and Improved Autonomy
The portable Arizer Go vaporizer works with type 18650 rechargeable batteries. The ArGo comes with a perfectly optimized battery, but any quality 18650 battery can be used.
We were able to have between 4 and 6 (rather long) sessions per charge, while the large majority of portable vaporizers can only be used for 2 or 3 sessions per charge…
The ArGo can also be used while charging, but the battery must be pre-charged for at least 15-20 minutes!
The battery can be recharged via USB while in the vaporizer, but you can also use an external charger.
As for heating speed, it’s not bad at all: 45 seconds to reach 180°C.
Wide Temperature Range
With the Arizer Go vaporizer, it’s clear that you can use any phytotherapy plants or herbs, because it is possible to select any temperature between 50°C and 220°C!
That means it is technically possible to use aromatherapy concentrates or extracts that are usually vaped below 200°C, although no accessory has been provided for that purpose…
That is not too serious, as the goal is simply to protect the stainless steel bowl so that it isn’t stained. Filters or no-compacted organic cotton will do the trick nicely.
