CBD leader in French-speaking Switzerland: Naturalpes

Naturalpes was launched in February 2017. At the time, the market was flooded with the supply of CBD flowers flowers for "recreational" use, but the company quickly specialized by prioritizing wellness enhancement and user support. Whether in the quest to quit THC for good, or how to integrate wellness products into a daily routine.

2017: Birth of Naturalpes

Our^1st objective is clear: to develop this new industry by building up a serious, structured professional network in the Swiss agricultural sector. Through meetings, discussions and exchanges, we selected the best producers and manufacturing partners for CBD cannabis. Once this network had been integrated and contracts drawn up, trust was established, providing stability in terms of product quality. For the record, most of Naturalpes 's current producers were already there when the company was launched.

The production and marketing of cannabis requires transparency. Indeed, hemp is generally considered dangerous by public authorities in Switzerland and Europe. That's why Naturalpes and its partners have always worked hand in hand with the various authorities.

All this may seem counterproductive in a business sense. But Naturalpes doesn't just want to supply a product: we want to help our customers make informed, responsible use of cannabis products.

1. Natural CBD
   Quality plants make it possible to develop quality by-products. This is the basis of Naturalpes's philosophy. All our products are natural and derived from organically grown cannabis plants. It makes no sense to work any other way. For us, well-being includes the well-being of our environment.

   Naturalpes is a Swiss company. It is our duty to honor the Swiss made quality mark. It's our identity.
   From the cultivation and extraction of our oils to laboratory testing and analysis, maintaining the reputation of "Swiss excellence" is one of our top priorities.

   Our mission: your well-being. All our products are conceived, designed and manufactured with this objective in mind. Following in the footsteps of many plants affiliated with well-being, we know that our products contribute to improving everyday comfort. Since 2017, we have been convinced that the potential of cannabis should be available to everyone.

   New markets attract more opaque investors than enthusiasts. CBD is no exception.

2018 to 2020: Another physical outlet and an e-shop

At the same time, a high-performance online sales service is being developed and will celebrate its launch in April 2018. Emphasis has been placed on what is the company's strength: support.

In fact, the entire Naturalpes team is on hand to guide every customer directly via the website's instant messaging service. This is managed by our staff at shop, as well as the administrative center. So there's always one of our staff on hand to answer questions from web surfers and new users.

Success quickly followed, and Naturalpes moved to new premises in the Martigny industrial zone. From here, the company manages administration, logistics, storage and shipping.
In April 2019, a second shop opens in Sion, in the old town of central Valais.

2020-2022: Pandemics, certifications and international development

Covid 19 may have put the brakes on the global economy, but Naturalpes has weathered the storm. Certainly thanks to visionary, progressive and healthy development.

During this period, Naturalpes decided to have its best practices certified. The team devoted hundreds of hours to obtaining two certifications:

• ISO 9001: The ISO standard certifies the implementation of a quality management system to continuously improve customer satisfaction and deliver compliant products and services, as well as ensuring full traceability in all company operations. This certification is subject to an annual follow-up audit, which must then be revalidated every 3 years by an in-depth inspection.
• B Corp: This certification is awarded to companies that meet certain standards in terms of sustainability, transparency and reliability. Five areas of impact are assessed: governance, employees, customers, the community and the environment. The aim is to maximize the positive societal and environmental impact of every member of the community.

These certifications are signs of Naturalpes 's strong determination to continue growing solidly and "at the right speed" in a constantly evolving industry.
