Looking ahead to 2030-2035, we are committed to taking concrete action in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These goals cover key areas, both social and environmental, and require the involvement of all our stakeholders, including our employees, suppliers, customers and partners.

MDG 3: Good health and well-being

We need to build a future where everyone has access to a healthy life and well-being. Our products, derived from Swiss CBD, are designed to improve the quality of life and daily comfort of our customers. We invest in research and development to create natural solutions, while raising awareness of cannabis in general. As a result, we collaborate with health professionals and institutions to promote holistic wellness practices in the near future, ensuring that our value chain, from farmers to consumers, benefits from our initiatives.

MDG 4: Quality education

Education is essential for a sustainable future. We aim to support training programs for our employees to develop their skills and knowledge. We also aim to support projects in our local communities, ensuring that young people have access to quality education. By organizing workshops and seminars, we will raise awareness of natural well-being, and how it is relevant to link it to sustainable practices. This will ensure an informed and educated value chain.

MDG 5: Gender equality

Gender equality must be a core value in all companies. At Naturalpes, we are committed to ensuring equal opportunities in our recruitment and promotion practices, supporting an inclusive working environment where everyone can thrive. This includes policies that promote work-life balance, such as fair parental leave.

MDG 8: Work and living wages

Naturalpes strives to ensure safe and healthy working conditions for all its employees, with decent wages reflecting their skills and efforts, since 2017, we have always aimed to create a respectful and fair working environment. Professional development through ongoing training and career advancement opportunities is very important to us. By working with our suppliers, we ensure that these practices are also adopted throughout our supply chain, so we will be integrating a platform to measure the impact and actions of our suppliers.
