The aim is to determine which seeds offer the best ratio of cannabinoids. Our growers pay particular attention to the quality of the air, the properties of the water used for watering, and the amount of sunlight available to the plants. Once mature, each plant is harvested. The drying and grinding stage can then begin. Wellness 20% CBD oil is extracted from organically-grown hemp.

5-step production method for the Wellness CBD oil range

1. Dried hemp is used in a Supercritical CO2 extraction process. This process guarantees the preservation of all components (cannabinoids, flavonoids and terpenes). Unlike other types of extraction using butane or ethanol, this method is the cleanest and most natural possible.
2. The next step is winterization. This is a cold filtration (-70 degrees) of the extract to remove lipids and chlorophyll and recover a purified CBD extract.
3. Next comes decarboxylation, a process that heats the extract to 120 degrees to "activate" the molecules.
4. The extract goes through a fractional distillation stage to concentrate the active ingredients.
5. Once the extract has been distilled, a final process called "flash-chromatography" is required to remove all the THC.

We offer Wellness 20% CBD oil in two formats and also four other concentrations in the range (bottles 5%, 13%, 20%: 10ml - 200 drops, and 30ml - 600 drops, pen 32%, 47%: 2ml - 40 drops and 4ml - 80 drops). The oil used to obtain the different concentrations is 100% organic cold-pressed hemp seed oil, rich in omegas 3, 6 and 9.
